Delivery methods
Locker
- Free – no payment required at pickup.
- Nearby – choose the locker closest to your home or office.
- No waiting – takes just a few seconds to collect.
- Low contact – if you prefer no interaction, just pick it up yourself.
Service center
- Free – no payment required at pickup.
- Help on-site – our staff will assist you and answer your questions.
- Available in Limassol.
Courier Delivery
- Straight to your door – no need to go out, the courier will bring it to you.
- Ideal for large orders – heavy parcels are better delivered.
- For any city – if there’s no nearby locker or center, choose courier delivery.
- Free for parcels over 5 kg (regardless of the number of parcels)
How to request delivery?

Open the Movato app and select the parcels you want to receive. Delivery is only available for fully paid orders without customs restrictions.
